3. As for the food there are some factors you should keep an eye on.
Colour- We always like our plates should be filled with colorful foods. When food is colorful even normal food tastes great. The technique like RAINBOW color theme you can include in the diet. Or choose a theme according to you. But this actually effective.
Shape- This factor is special for children and for others also. Sometimes the dishes also do magic work for your food. Different shape of the dish makes the food more attracted and more palatable also. So this means, plating does matter.
Texture- Another important factor. The texture of food should be appropriate for everyone because there are different age people in the house. So also keep an eye on them. There are options like soft food, crispy foods, hard foods, semisolid foods, and liquid foods, choose according to your condition.
Flavour- Many people eat food because they like flavor. Flavour comes in food from the ingredients. India has many different spices, foods and which is why India is known as a Flavor country also. Choose the flavor according to your family.
Variety of food- This is the main and important topic was in pandemic and also in daily life. People want to eat variety, because of this factor many people even start eating outside. There should be used if the combination of different food items. Emphasis should be placed on all foods. The greater the variety of foods used from day to day life, the better and healthy the food becomes. There different methods of cooking like roasting, boiling, frying, stewing, and many more. These techniques are really effective.
4.Personal preference- Everyone has their own point of view and everyone wants their own thing. The person who is making food should always keep in mind which point they should include in the food or not. For example, older people want soft-textured foods and the same for kids also.
