Having good hair will definitely make you confident but the same confidence will drop when your hair starts to fall. This can occur due to deficiency of nutrients also which makes hair follicles weak and sometimes they also turned into white.
Many people go for transplant, they even start to take medication, they change their shampoos, conditioners, they go for costly cosmetics like oil.
It's the human tendency we always thought hard ways are better and effective. But let me tell you with small changes in food can also be effective.
For a better way, you just have to include some important and foods which are going to make your hair strong and they will grow even faster.
The other reasons for hair fall are using many hair products, dye your hair, smoking and heating very often may also cause hair fall.

1. Iron, and Vitamin B-12 deficiency
