Remedies with less efforts in making and more impact on reducing fever

Fever can easily occur nowadays whether you're taking a vaccine or having Covid-19. But many people don't know what should they do when they face problems like fever. 

Don't worry if there is a problem definitely there is going to be a solution also. 

Remember one thing: either you have any disease with the help of medicine and foods, you can always get better with them. 

Remedies are developed so can cure yourself at home. Food has very few side effects like medication. They only going to make you better and can cure you. But medication also important, it depends on the condition of the person. So if your beginning stage of fever then these remedies are going to help you definitely. 

Let's start then!!! First thing whether you feel like having a fever please do visit a doctor and follow the prescription. and what food you should take. Go for bland food choices don't go for spicy food and otherwise, if you keep eating them then you might upset your stomach which can also lead to diarrhea. 

These all foods we can find easily in the market as well as in-home also we keep them. Here is the list:

1. Honey 

You can have honey with one warm water and add 2 tbsp of honey or you can add them in lemon tea or black tea and avoid using milk in tea. 

As we know honey is best known to fight harmful particles, best for immune health, having antioxidant effects. All ages of people can easily consume honey because of its taste we can say. 

2. Coconut water

We can find coconut water and is also available almost everywhere. One coconut water glass can be really helpful in a day. 

As having any disease people will become weak and there will be also less intake of minerals. This is why the doctor also suggests drinking coconut water. Even it's one glass contains lots of water, glucose plenty of minerals and it will also keep you hydrated. So next time choose coconut water over everything. 

3. Ginger 

You can drink the soup of ginger or you can have tea in it or you can also take it with warm water and add some honey for sweetness. 

As ginger reduces the feeling of nausea and it also keeps your immune in better condition. It is also known for its antioxidants and it also gives you immediate effect. 

4. Herbal tea 

You can make herbal tea with lots of ingredients like cloves, cinnamon, ginger, tea, honey, tulsi, and mint. 

These all are having a good effect on the immune, and they also a good source of antioxidants. 

5. Citrus fruits

You can eat them or make juice with lemon or orange.

All citrus fruits are rich in Vitamin C and they will fight with you against fever and cold. You can always count on them. 

Now we have talked about what you should include but there is also a list of foods which you should not eat during fever. 

What you have to avoid

Dairy product: They may cause diarrhea. For better result, you should skip them 

Caffeine: As we all know that caffeine is one of the causes of constipation and sometimes it also causes dehydration. That is why you should avoid taking it when your stomach's health is already weak. 

Alcohol: They will lead you to dehydrate and sometimes inflammatory responses also trigger by them Skip them for days.  

Chilies: They always are bad for your stomach snd they also cause stomach pain and discomfort. Better to avoid them. 

Oily foods: All greasy food/ oily food will contain more amounts of fat which are also causing discomfort, nausea, and hard to digest also. So better is the way just to skip them. 

These all foods you should eliminate from your diet during fever 

But getting a fever nowadays you should go to the doctor and check everything. Along with medication, these foods are going to help you to overcome the situation. So take care of yourself is important.
