Heart disease is one of the leading reasons for death worldwide. There are many types of heart disease we can find but a heart attack is the one and who kills most people. This disease actually occurs due to faulty habits of eating or choosing the wrong amount of food or eating the wrong amount of foods or eating more outside processed foods. This all can be developing reasons for heart disease. 

Remember one thing every disease will first notify you with some disease and then they lead you to a major form of the disease.  

One of the heart diseases is high cholesterol disease. 

 High cholesterol is a disease that occurs when your intake low-density lipoprotein (LDL). In High cholesterol, the blood flow can be decreased, and due to that heart diseases occur like heart attack and sometimes stroke also occur. 

This disease develops in many years. The symptoms can include nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, numbness, or coldness.  

There are many reasons from your diet which can increase LDL. 

Here are foods that should be avoided if you're having high cholesterol 

1. Fat like butter, ghee, hydrogenated fat 

These all types of fat are high in LDL and these are also the fats which we consume daily in our life. That is why you have to keep an eye on your fat content in your meal. Don't go for any frying or deep frying items. 

With cholesterol, they are the reason your getting weight gain. The more fat you eat, the more your body becomes overweight. 

2. Fatty meat, visible fat, mutton, pork

These all types of meat are high in fat. We also use a high amount of fat while cooking them. Start looking for what kind of fat you are consuming. 

If you keep eating more meat then you might gain weight. And try to avoid them. 

3. Whole milk, cream, cheese

Try to avoid them as they also contain fat. As cheese and cream are processed and there is also the addition of fat takes place. Milk also has some amount of fat. In the end when the product a person consumes the fat content automatically increases. 

4.Organ meat like brain, liver, kidney, heart

Like liver is storage for fat, and while cooking also we used lots of fat in it. We have to skip this all kind of food also. 

5. Shrimp/ Prawns, fish (lean and fatty)

They are mostly fried and contains a high amount of fat. and they can be the reason for your high cholesterol levels. 

6. Egg (yolk)

Egg yolk especially contains LDL and which bad for health. Many people eat them on daily basis. So if you want to consume the egg then avoid the yolk part.

7. Coconut and coconut oil

Coconut oil consumption can lead to high cholesterol as per the researchers. If you have a habit of consuming coconut or coconut oil, start avoiding them. 

8. Chocolate and ice cream

They also contain fat while in the preparation so try to avoid them. 

Now you know what you don't have to eat.

Here is the list of foods which you should include

1. Grains

They are low in fat and good in carbohydrates, proteins, and fiber. You can make plenty of recipes with grains and grains also have variety. So you can easily consume them on regular basis. 

2.  Pulses

For vegetarians, the best source of protein is legumes and also low in fat. They can replace the animal source in your diet. As pulses and legumes are also in variety and you can make plenty of dishes from them. So try them. 

3. Skimmed milk

Skimmed milk is the type of milk in which all the cream is removed and after that, the remaining milk is skimmed milk. The best alternative for milk is the skimmed milk. 

4. Green leafy vegetables

One of the best options food you can provide is vegetables. You can eat curry, soup of it. There are also other options and they are high in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. These are the foods which every person should include in their diet. 

5. Roots and tubers

Try to include this vegetable as a salad. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. They will help you in reducing the weight. But do not include potato if you're looking for weight loss. 

6. Fruits

High in fiber, minerals, vitamins, and also low in fat. Try to include them. Many people don't like fruits but they are high in antioxidants and they keep your gut healthy. They also protect you from infection so a better way is to include them in your diet. 

7. Sugar

You can add jaggery or sugar to your diet but only in a limited amount. Jaggery is the best alternative for sweetness or you can also use honey. But develop the habit of using less amount of sugar in your diet.

8.Oil

Use oil in a very less amount. The type of oil you use is also important. Eat fewer times like deep-fried foods.
