This weekend try the amazing and delicious ice cream recipe
As summer has started now our food should also change as per the season, Right!!!
So let us try some new recipes with our regular foods. And these recipes are going for everyone and yeah easy to make also. As we all know Sunday is also our cheat day so let's make some Sweet dishes today.
What will be best optional than seasonal food? And what if it will be cold food on summer hot day. I know sounds perfect. Let's start it with
1. Mango Ice cream
Preparation time: 30 min
Ingredient: Milk, sugar/honey, rice flour/wheat flour/corn flour, cardamom powder, mango puree.
Method: Take milk (1/2 liter) and pour it into the pan and boiled it for 15-20 minutes until the consistency gets a little bit thick. Then add Sugar/honey (5-8 tbsp) and mixed it until the sugar is fully dissolved. Then add rice flour/ wheat flour/corn flour (1-2 tbsp) and stir continuously for 5 minutes. Then turn off the flame. (It's optional, it's up to you) Now add some cardamom powder (1/4 tbsp). Once the batter is cooled then add (2) mango puree. Then pour the mixture into the container and place it in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours.
This serving is for 5 members. Enjoy your weekend time!!!
2. Watermelon jelly
Preparation time: 10 min
Ingredients: Watermelon (chopped/Cubes), powdered sugar/honey, lemon juice, water, gelatin.
Method: Take a pan to add to some freshwater. Then add warm water in gelatin (1/2 tbsp) then add it to the pan. Then add sugar (1/2 cup) into the pan. Once everything is dissolved then sieve the mixture. Then add watermelon cubes (3 cups) to the grinder and grind it. Then sieve the watermelon juice and add the gelatin mixture to it. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate it until you get the texture of jelly.
This serving is for 2-3 people. Enjoy you're me time or family time!!!
3. Lemon bar
Preparation time: 20-30 min.
Ingredients: Refined flour/ wheat flour, lemon juice, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, butter/oil.
Method: Take a bowl to add oil/butter (3 tbsp/50 gm) and powdered sugar (1 cup) and bit them nicely until the soft texture appears. then add wheat flour/refined flour to it, then add baking powder (1 tbsp) and baking soda (1/2 tbsp), add lemon (2) juice in the mixture, and bit them with the bitter or with a spoon. Preheat the oven or whatever container you are going to use for baking. Then pour the mixture into the cake tin (square or circle) and cook it for 30 minutes. Once the mixture is cooked remove it from the container, then cooled it nicely, and cut them into 2 inches long bars or squares also it's up to you. You can also grate some coconut on the top or you can sprinkle some sugar also (it will look and taste good). And you can serve them.

4. Orange muffin
Preparation time: 20-30 min
Ingredients: Wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornflour, orange, powdered sugar, oil
Method: Sieve wheat flour (1 cup), baking powder (1/2 tbsp), baking soda (1/2 tbsp) and add cornflour (1 tbsp). Then mix powdered sugar (1 cup) and oil (2 tbsp). Then add into flour and mixed all ingredients well. Then take 1 orange and make juice of them and don't add sugar in the juice and also grade some covering of orange. then add juice and grated orange to the mixture. Then add the mixture to a cupcake container and preheat the oven. Cooked it for 30 min or until the muffin is perfectly cooked. You can serve it with chocolate gaze or simple is also going to taste best.

5. Fruit custard
The best and we can say easy to make and taste is beyond everything.
Preparation time:15 min
Ingredients: Pomegranate, pineapple, apple, grapes, strawberries (or you can add which fruit you like), milk, powdered sugar, custard powder.
Method: Take a pan and pour milk (1/2 lit) into it add powdered sugar (1/2 cup) and boil it for 5 min. Take a small bowl to add custard powder(2 tbsp) and mixed it well and please check there are no lumps in it and add it into milk and continuously stir it. Cook it for 10 min. Then cool it. Chope all the fruits into small cubes. And pour the custard in it and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
