4. Make cartoon images from fruit that they will like to eat the foods. You can easily make the cartoon face with chapati, fruits, vegetables, and many more.
Children like creativity and when they see cartoons they all go mad. Try this and you will see how children will love to eat foods.
5. Use a variety of food and with a variety of tastes.
Introduce them to different kinds of foods sweet, sour, spicy, salty. When you give them more variety of food then they have more option and then you can easily find out what kind of tase your children is not liking and what you have to give him.

6. Remind them to drink water every 1-1/2 hour or give them juices so they will stay hydrated also they will develop the habit of drinking water.
Many children don't like the taste of water and that is why they don't drink it. The other reason is children usually don't drink much water in their childhood and that is why when they become teenagers they have the same habit of drinking less water. So keep them encourage for drinking water.
7. Tell them to do some playing or exercise because of that they will be hungry and will eat in proper amount.
Exercise will keep them hungry, thirsty and they will eat more and drink more water. They will become an energetic child in the future. Like this you are developing good habits for children.
8. Don't give them a mobile phone while eating otherwise they will focus on mobile, not on food.
Nowadays many children have developed this habit and now they can not change it. What you have to do is keep mobile phones away from your children while they eat food.
