Look for your mental health in the pandemic

The world is facing problems like covid-19. And the impact is on everyone. The person is sick and normal a person both are getting weak by mental health. Many people are doing their work from home and many are doing their outside work. But in the end, everyone's health and mental health is getting affected.

In some conditions, we have to make our mental health strong to face the situation. Some situations breaks our mental health also but we can always make them better. 

But there are some ways you can do work and still be happy. Let me tell you some

1. Don’t overthink

The problem like overthinking it with everyone.

One person can really think all negative thoughts and the other can think only positive thoughts. But that doesn’t matter whether you think positive or negative. Overthinking makes you think beyond your imagination and you create every possible situation in your mind which is harmful and quite dangerous also. So please try to avoid doing overthinking.

2. Stay busy

A working person is having their work from home, women’s are always busy with household activities.

 If you stay busy with work then there are very few chances you might get any negative thoughts about the current situation or future. If your free and don’t have any work then go watch some series or movies on the net. The bottom line is to stay busy and keeps negative thinking away.

3. Eat healthy food

Now you will think about how we can eat healthy while there are very few options in the market.

Eating healthy can be difficult but it’s actually not that difficult. We have everything in our house like grains, legumes, sprouts, spices, oil the only thing we brought fruits and vegetables. But you can bring whole weeks groceries in a day and to keep them fresh you can wash them with water and kept them in a nice environment. You can also grow some seasonal fruits and vegetables at your kitchen garden.  

 4. Spend more time with your family               

Try to spend time with your family.

When we spend our special time with family we seemed to be happier. Every moment we spend with family is filled with joy, some crazy stories, memories, and family talk can be a medicine for many diseases. So try to spend more time with your family more.

 5. Do some yoga or exercise

In pandemic due to work or for other reasons also people are becoming lazy or lethargic.

They are developing much lazy habit and that is why also felt boring sometimes. But exercise can be a solution for this. Do exercise or yoga or play with your children or just dance for some time. I can give you the assurance that you will feel really fresh and your mind will also become clear and negative thoughts will also not come to your mind. The only physical activity can do this type of great thing.

 6. Try to read books

Reading is the best way to calm down your thoughts.

If you love to read then there are plenty of options for you. You can find any books pdf or there are many apps for it or books are also available in the market or online. Reading is the best option you can do in a pandemic.

Along with all these you can do is watch the funny videos with your family watch tom and jerry animations. They will keep you busy and along with that, they will give you happiness. 

You can also draw or paint something. It doesn't matter whether you are good or not at drawing and painting, you just have to make your mental health strong and calm.

Watch movies or series on weekends. They are perfect for spending time. Researchers have found that when you stay busy no matter what you do whether you do work for a job or study or doing cooking, your mind is going to stay with you in good condition. 

When you overthink and stress out it will give an impact on your mental health as well as on your body health also. 

In fact, watching good content always make you in good mood. Stay strong and positive in this pandemic. The situation is going to be better.
