 Everyone likes sugar, I mean many few people don't like sweetness. We always ready to eat sweet and product which are sweet in taste. But do your sugar has a very bad effect on your health. 

The most popular sweetener sugar was invented in India so we can easily say that Indian love for sugar and sweet is something else. 

In traditional dishes, or festival time or happy occasion, the importance of sweet is on another level. We also like to eat sugar in our daily life regularly. 

But have you given any thought about what kind of effect sugar is doing on your health? Is eating a large amount of sugar is good or bad? 

Let's clear thoughts about sugar. 

1. Weight gain

The primary cause of obesity or weight gain we can say is sugar. People like eating sugar in juices, tea, milk, soda, beverages, and also a product made out of sugar like gulab jamun, rasgula, and other items. 

But researches have found that there are high number weight increase chances in people who consume can juices, beverages as compared with the people who don't drink all these drinks. 

The researchers have also said that people with beverage drinking might have more belly fat and that is the reason for their increasing weight gain reason. 

Sugar has also an impact on your hunger. It creates you feel more hungry and we all know if you feel hungry then you will consume more food and it automatically turns into a habit. And you can easily see the result on your body which is body weight gain. 

So next time adding more sweet to your plate remember your weight also going to affect. 

2. Acne relation 

Many youngsters and any age of people having this effect on them. After eating sugar dense or more amount of sugar they found acne popping on the face.

This can happen because the glycemic index of the foods is high. And researchers have found evidence on people eating more foods high in glycemic index are having more problems like acne. 

The bottom line is want to reduce your acne you should start skipping or avoiding sugar dense foods.

3. Heart disease

Having heart disease then it might be related to your sugar intake also.

Researchers have found that if you eat more sugar then obesity might cause as well as the parameters of heart like blood sugar, triglycerides, blood pressure, and other things also found affected and leads to heart disease.

4. Other factors 

Disease- Eating sugar can develop Type 2 diabetes mellitus, as well as cancer-causing risks, which are also increasing. They're also the joint pain-like problems that will also start in some cases. Every person is different health-wise and body-wise also. So keep in mind you can have any disease from lal the above list. 

Age- Eating sugar also increases your aging process your skin starts to look older than your actual age. You will see there is the skin of your will start wrinkling fast and you will look old. 

Mental health- Some researchers have said that it might also increase depression. With this another impact will be your mood swings will increases, you also become irritated by anything. And that's how your mental health is affected. Along with this there will be some sleep issues also in some people.

Liver - More sugar develops problems like fatty liver also. 

Dental- Eating sugar have a bad effect on your dental also and which leads to the cavity and other problems with teeth. 

Kidney - The kidney's blood vessels also get affected, which increases the risk of kidney-related disease developing. 

Work- YOu becomes fatigued after even doing a very little amount of work and along with that your energy level of doing daily work also reduces. 

In short, everything in your body is gets affected due to sugar. 

But for solutions try these things to develop fewer consumptions of sugar.

-  Try to avoid sugar in milk, tea. If your taking 2 tbsp in them then take 1/2 tbsp. In starting you will not like it but once you develop taking less sugar intake then your mind also adjusts it with you and then after some time you also will start nice feeling with less sugar. 

- Try to avoid all kinds of beverages, soda, and processed juices. All these juices are highly sugar dense drinks that are only going to taste good in the mouth otherwise all the drawbacks are there for them. So start to reduce them from your life. 

- Eat fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are always better than juice. Because we all are concern about our taste and we just add more and more sugar in juice for our taste but it got a better option than the juice is what we need in our life. You can easily eat fruits anywhere and with that sugar are a naturally sweet agent you will feel sweet after eating them. Go for fruit, not fruit juices. By eating fruits you are also saving money on sugar also. 

- Eat sweet foods on occasion and also in very less amount. Portion always matters. Try to take less amount of sweet every time you make your plate. 

- Try to start avoiding processed foods like ketchup, chocolate bars, and other sweet products available in the market. These all are high in sugar and we also called them sugar dense foods. And along with that we also don't know how much sugar we actually eating because we don't know how much was the ingredients. So the better way is to avoid them. 

These all are very small things to look out for and everybody wants a simple and effective way. 

Try these and you will see progress and you will feel nice after changing these habits.
