How nice Sundays sound right. You just have to relax and enjoy your time. What if you don't like to eat cake that is made up of refined flour which is hard to digest. But guess what in your relaxing time you just surprised with a cake which also healthy in a way. 

Like we all know that refined flour/maida is hard to digest, that is why replacement is necessary. 

First I will tell you what you have to do for a normal cake. Follow the recipe and you will find how easy cake making can be. 

Ingredients: Refined flour, sugar, oil, vanilla essence, baking powder, and baking soda/egg, milk, vinegar, and curd are optional. 

Method: Sieve refined flour (10 tbsp), sugar (10 tbsp), baking powder (1 tbsp), baking soda (1/2 tbsp) and mix them. Then add oil (3 tbsp), milk (4 tbsp), and vanilla essence (2-3 drops) and mixed them with bitter or with a spoon and mixed them very well. After that, you can add vinegar (1 tbsp) or curd (2 tbsp)[these both ingredients are optional]. After every ingredient is mixed, preheat the oven, and at 180° C for 30 minutes. Then cool it down and then your cake is ready. You can enjoy it whipped cream or without cream also. Cake never fails to make you feel better. 

The recipe will be the same for all cakes only the thing you have to change is flour. The only thing that will change is adding the water amount. You have to make all the flour consistency in slightly liquid. 

1. Semolina 

It is one of the best replacements for flour. Easy to handle, easy to make, easy to digest. All this property semolina contains. It is also a good source of protein, carbohydrates. You can also grind the semolina and can make powder of it can use. Semolina is also made up of wheat. It really tastes nice when you prepared a full cake. Remember one thing while making semolina cake use a little more water and milk because semolina needs more water than other flour. 

2. Almond flour

In many pastries and cakes, it is used, so this is also the best alternative for refined flour. It is also a good source of protein, carbohydrates. And if you also compare the taste-wise, it tastes really well.

3. Pearl millet flour

It is one of the greatest for flour to change with refined flour. It is high in iron, protein, carbohydrates. If you add a little grated carrot in the batter it really tastes awesome. so please open your mind to these flours. 

4. Rice flour

Rice flour is used in many sweet dishes in India. And it also tastes really nice when the cake is made up of it. It is high in carbohydrates and protein. 

5. Chickpea flour

The cake from chickpea flour is quite famous. If you use them, they are a good source of carbohydrates, protein, and also taste nice on the cake also. 

There also option available in the market like gluten-free flour also. And you just have to replace the flour and the rest procedure will be the same as we made the cake from refined flour. 

If you don't want to experiment with these flours or you have any doubt about them. Then I have a solution for you. You can try cupcakes. All the methods will be the same but you have to make the batter in a small amount go try for a cupcake. And how it is made. You can also change the ingredients as per your need or choice.
