We all think rice can be boring but you can make sweet and spicy food items from the rice. Rice is a food that easily can bland with legumes, nuts, milk, vegetables, and oil also.
Everyone loves recipes made up of rice, I mean who doesn't like it. We also love when we try some different recipes also. Like every time it is boring to plain rice or jeera rice or pulav. There are many rice options are available which are easy to make and the end product is going to fill your appetite and that's how you should enjoy your food.
Along with rice, paneer is also quite vegetarian and also everyone can eat it. As it is high in protein, calcium. Paneer is made up of milk. Who doesn't like paneer on Sunday evening. It's the perfect recipe for your weekend you should try.

Paneer Biryani
The name is enough to fill water in your mouth. You can not say "No" to the biryani. I am going to show you the recipe for paneer biryani.
Ingredients: Rice, paneer, onion, curd, spices like Haldi, all Mirchi, dhaniya powder, garam masala, salt, dry spices like cardamom, tej patta, cloves, kalimiri, shahi jeera.
Method: First we have to soak the basmati rice (2-3 cups) for 30 minutes. You should take 3-4 medium-sized onions. You can fry them in ghee or oil. Then cut the onion and fry them until they become golden brown.
First, we have to marinate the panner. Cut the cubes of paneer (7-8). Take curd and give it a mix and then we have to add some spices to it. Take half to one tsp of Haldi Powder, Lal Mirchi powder, Dhaniya powder, and salt as per your taste. You also change the proportion of spices if you like too spicy then add more Lal Mirchi powder. We have to keep the paneer for marination for about 30 minutes.
Then take a pot and add some water to it. Then add dry spices like cardamom (1-2), tej patta (2), Cloves (4), kalimiri (4), and shahi jeera (1 tbsp). And add salt as per your taste. And cook the water until the water starts to boil. And don't stir the water.
Now take the soaked basmati rice and remove all the water from it and the rice in the water and cook until the rice is done. The flame should be on high when you cook the rice. When rice is nicely cooked then turn off the flame.
Then take marinated paneer after 30 minutes is done. Now we have to do the plating.
Take a pot to add some oil to it. After the oil is hot then add marinated paneer to it. Then add rice to it and make a thin layer of paneer as well as rice. Make 4 layers in biryani (2 of paneer and 2 of rice). Then at the top add fried onion and if you want you can also add some coriander with onion.
Now add some ghee on top and cover the top with a lid and then cooked it for 10-15 minutes on low flame. And then serve it.
If you like vegetables in your biryani then you can add peas, carrot, cauliflower, potato, or cabbage.
If you like chicken in your biryani then you can add that also in your biryani. The recipe will be the same for chicken biryani the only thing which will replace is paneer with chicken.
This is an easy way to make paneer biryani at home.
This recipe is high in protein, carbohydrates, calcium, and vitamin A. You can serve it with curd salad.
Take 1 cup of curd and add a small chopped cucumber, onion, tomato, and one green chili. You add black pepper, salt, and sugar as per your taste. Curd is the best option you can try with biryani.
