2. Sleep
Taking rest is important as you work daily.

3. Vegetables
When your eating or making your plate remember one thing you have to remember. Include more amount of vegetables in your meal, including a large portion of salad in your diet.
Vegetables contain high fiber and they will keep your gut healthy, as they contain many minerals like zinc, sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, copper, phosphorus, and vitamins like Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin K. These all are best for your gut, as well as good in fiber.
It also gives fullness of appetite, keeps you in a better mood. Eating a bowl filled with a vegetable salad or fruit salad is way too much and a better option than processed fruits.

4. Exercise
Everyday exercise is very valuable we can say.
Doing regular exercise for 30 - 45 minutes is also effective. When you do exercise you will feel refresh, your gut health will be enhanced.
Many times we do everything but we lack in physical exercise. We do eat properly but with equal to that doing exercise is also important.
Researchers have found if you do proper exercise every day then the chances of getting any diseases are very less and in fact, If you are having diseases but with diet and exercise you can easily get better.

5. Avoid outside eating
Try to avoid junk food or processed foods. When we go outside with our family and friends we go and eat fast food very easily. But no one thinks that how much the impact of that eating can affect.
We always like outside food and we find them tasty also. But they are high in fat, sodium and many other things which are harmful to your life.
Eating frequently outside causes heart diseases, liver diseases in fact many organs and whole affected and some people also develop acne due to outside foods.
Whenever we go outside we might eat more because we are with friends and many times we try new things. But eating outside food is high in carbohydrates, fat, sodium, and many more which can easily increase the risk of developing many types of diseases in the future.
Try to avoid them and start eating homemade foods. Develop the habit of taking packed lunch from your home. In this way you will save your money, you will eat fresh and healthy food. Homemade foods are always best for health.
Many people will think is it really effective. The bottom line is you will look out for health then your health is also going to look out for you in front of diseases. Things gonna take the time you just have to be patient and always trust the process. Because work on your body is always going to surprise you in a better manner.
