Let's make 8 healthy breakfast in just 10-15 minutes

It the craziest time of the day we can say. As Times goes really fast in the morning as we all think. From turning off the alarm to leaving the house we have plenty of work from making tiffin for a husband to children, we forget about the main part of the morning.
Breakfast, Right!! We all have experienced this. We always forget about making breakfast. Because we think making another dish can cause more minutes and makes you late.
We don't even bother about breakfast, but when our stomach grumbles grumble, and makes noise, we notice.
But then we think we don't have time for breakfast so we just eat whatever we found in our kitchen or we just go and buy some processed food on our way or we just skip breakfast. Have you ever given a thought to how to harm your giving to your body?
But what if I tell you making breakfast can cause you only 10 minutes.
Wow!! You must be thinking this now, then you will get a question about taste. But if I tell you, Breakfast can be quick, healthy and equally tasty also. You can have all these in all just 10 minutes.
1. Uttapam
The best food for breakfast. It is tasty along easy to digest.
Duration: 10 minutes
Ingredients: Semolina/Rava, curd, onion, tomato, green chilies, oil.
Method: Take a bowl and add semolina 1 cup, then take 1/2 cup curd. Chopped medium-sized onion and tomatoes into small cubes and add them to semolina. Then add 2 green chilies and salt as per your taste. Then take water and mix the batter and the consistency will be semi-solid. Then take a non-stick pan and heat it on a high flame. Then apply 1/4 oil on the pan and pour 1 spoon mixture on the pan. With the help of a round spoon rotate it clockwise until it becomes like dosa. It will take 2-3 minutes to cook. Then you can serve it.
The other dish you can make from semolina/Rava is upma, vegetable upma, halwa. All these dishes take only 10-15 minutes for cooking.
2.Dhokla
One of the most favorite breakfasts in India is Dhokla.
Duration: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients: Besan, semolina/rava, eno/curd, salt, sugar and oil.
Method: Take a bowl, then add 1 cup besan and 1/2 semolina. Then you can either add curd or eno. If adding curd then take 1/2 cup and for eno add 1 packet of eno. Then add salt as per your taste and 1/4 of sugar in the mixture. Then add a little amount of water and make the consistency a little thick. Then take Kadai to add some water and boil it. Take a steel plate, then add 2-3 drops of oil and spread the oil on the plate. Then add the mixture on it and put the plate on Kadai and cover it with a lid. It will require 10 minutes for cooking. If you want then you can add tadka of mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, and oil. Pour it on the dhokla. You can eat it with ketchup or with chutney.
3. Thepla
If you have a habit of eating chapati in the morning, then this is the best alternative for you.
Duration: 10-12 minutes
Ingredient: Wheat flour, besan, onion, curd, salt, oil.
Method: Take 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup besan, add chopped small size onion. Then take 1 tbsp of oil, then add 1/2 cup of curd and add salt per your taste. You can also add some coriander or fenugreek as per your choice. Then with the help of water, make the dough. Then roll the roti and baked it on Tava.
4. Sprouts salad
If you don't want to cook anything then this is perfect for you.
Duration: 5 minutes
Ingredients: Sprouts, onion, tomatoes, carrot/cucumber, lemon, salt.
Methods: Soaked the 1/2 cup of sprouts overnight. Then add chopped onion, tomatoes, carrot, or cucumber or you can also replace them with your chosen vegetables. Then add salt or you can also add some chaat masala or black pepper powder. Then give it a mix and eat your healthy breakfast.
5. Fruit salad
Like salad, but having craving for some sweet, then let's make your morning sweet.
Duration: 5 minutes
Ingredients: Apple, pomegranate, pineapple, grapes, banana, oranges.
Method: Diced the fruits and put them in a bowl.
You can also add custard but that is optional. For the custard, you have to make it at night.
6. Smoothies
If you have a habit of drinking juices or milk then you should try this.
Duration: 10 minutes
Ingredients: Apple, banana, milk, honey.
Method: Take a grinder and add 1 glass of milk, then add 1 banana and half apple and you can peel it or without peel also. Then add 2 tbsp of honey and grind it until it became smooth.
Then pour it into a glass and enjoy your smoothie on a perfect morning.
7. Homemade a protein shake

Ingredients: Groundnuts, milk, honey.
Method: Take grinder then add roasted 1/2 cup groundnut, 1 glass of milk, and 2-3 tbsp of honey. Grind it until the texture becomes smooth. The other way you can make a shake is to add Soaked almond (5-7) or add banana or sapota to the grinder. And for taste concern, I can assure you, after tasting it you are going o make it every day. Because the taste is beyond everything and perfect for the morning.
8. Other options for breakfast
You can also make a recipe like poha, upma, cutlets, grated vegetable paratha, aloo paratha, spinach thepla, besan chilla like uttapam, oats porridge, oats upma, daliya, vegetable daliya.
You can also eat citrus fruit in the morning like oranges, guava, pineapple, papaya.
As everyone says breakfast is the most important in your day. The reason might be it gives energy for working throughout the day, after night dinner, we almost do fasting for 8-9 hours, so it should be good and healthy enough to provide us enough energy and also to full fill our appetite.
