Let's try healthy version of Pizza at home.

As pandemic is going on in India. Outside food and everything is closed. We all have a craving for outside food and street food. But guess what, you can make street food at home. So today's Sunday special recipe is Pizza.
Let me tell you some information about Pizza. The first pizza was made in the year 1889. On June 11, 1889, the first pizza was made in Italy in the honor of Queen Consort. The first was Margherita. From then, pizza is our favorite food we can say. The normal and most popular size of the pizza is 14 inches in diameter and 8 slices in one pizza.
As pizza contains tomato sauce. Researchers have found that tomatoes are high in compound flavonoids. Which is also known as anti-depression and anti-inflammatory. So pizza can be healthy for you. Pepperoni topping in pizza is the most famous topping all over the world.
Researchers have found, If a person eats one pizza in a week then he/she might be having fewer chances of getting esophageal cancer.
We all thought Sunday is the best day for a pizza party, but from some surveys, people eat more pizza on Saturday.
The U.S. loves pizza so much they even have declared October as pizza month. Many people actually like the thin-crust pizzas in the world. We all love circle-shaped pizza, but do you know the original shape of the pizza was square in Italy.
I think this information is enough if you want to try the pizza at home. We can cook pizza at home. Yes, you heard right. You can make pizza without an oven also.
For pizza the ingredients your going to need is
Wheat flour, yeast, tomato, chili flex, tomato, onion, tomato sauce, garlic, black pepper, sugar, salt, capsicum, onion, corn, cabbage, cheese.
Method-
Dough: First we have to make dough. Take 2 cups of wheat flour. We are making a healthy version of pizza today, that is why we are using wheat flour over refined flour.
Then take boiled water and add 1 tbsp of yeast to it. Then add salt and sugar as per your taste. Then with the help of warm water knit the dough.
Then take the dough and put it in a bowl grease it with oil and cover the dough with a cotton cloth for 4-5 hours. You can also keep the dough overnight. You will see after 5 hours the dough has become fluffy and perfect for pizza.
Now we will see how to make a sauce for pizza.
Pizza sauce- First take 7-8 tomatoes and peel them. Then chop them into big pieces. Then take 2 medium-sized onions then chopped them the same as the tomato. Then peel 7-8 garlic.
Then heat the pan and add oil to it. Add a little more oil because we are going to cook the sauce in the oil. Then add chili flex in the oil, then add garlic, onion, and tomatoes. Then add 1 cup of tomato sauce.Then add 4-5 black pepper, 2-3 green chilies. Add salt and sugar as per your taste.
If you want then you can also add Indian spices like red chili powder and turmeric for better taste. Then the sauce is going to take time for 15-20 minutes. You will see once the tomatoes are cooked, then tomatoes can be easily mashed. If these occur then turn off the flame and keep it aside for cooling.
Then after cooling you just grind the puree, and make a fine paste.
Topping- For topping you can choose what ever you like. But I am going to make vegetable pizza in that, chop the capsicum, onion, cabbage into small pieces or you can cut them into large cubes also.Add the corn in the vegetables. Then take very less amount of oil 1/2 tbsp and roast the vegetables so there will be smoky flavour in the vgetables.
Pizza- Now we will start the main thing, Pizza making!!
Take some dough and make it into small ball. Then roll it with hands or with roller. Now for the crust it will depend on you. What you like you can make think or thick crust.
Take a pan and heat it on high flame, once the pan is heated then add the pizza crust on it. It will take 3-4 minutes on low flame. Then remove the pizza after one side is cooked.
Then put the baked side of pizza and add 3-4 tbsp of sauce and spread it on the pizza, Then add the roasted vegetables on it. After that add cheese. You can add the amul cube or mozzarella and grate on the pizza.
The pre heat the pan, and place the pizza on it. Covere it with lid. Check once the cheese is melted then your healthy vegetable pizza is ready to serve.
You can serve the pizza hot, and serve it with sause or myonise. Once you take the bite of these pizza, your mouth is going to fill with the taste of pizza crust, cheese, smoky vegetables and sauce. It is going to be mixed taste of all these ingredient. But the satisfaction is beyond everything and equally it is delicious.
Now what benefits you will get after eating these pizza. It is high in protein, carbohydrates, as it has wheat flour and cheese. It is also rich in fiber as there are lots of vegetables. It is also nutrient rich as tomato contains flavonoids. It is rich in antioxidant as galic is used in it.
If you don't want to eat the vegetable version of the pizza, then you can try paneer makani pizza- It contains paneer with the curry of makani. And the process will be same for it just you have to change the vegetables with paneer.
The other option for pizza is onion and corn, capsicum and onion, only capsicum. If want to replace it with non-vegetarian item, then also it is going to taste amazing.
