Summer is the season when the temperature is at a high peak. In summer the only thing we like is drink. We just want to drink lots of drinks, juices, water, smoothies. Basically, this season is all about freshness. 

We just want to keep hydrate ourselves and we just want to eat such foods which will keep us fresh. In summer we have plenty of options for fruits. 

The summer season has the best fruits available in this season. As many people found themself suffering from dehydration, vitamin, mineral deficiencies. But what if I tell you, you can overcome conditions like these with seasonal fruits. 

Seasonal fruits we can find them in local market and they are also less in cost. So these foods everyone can take them.

1. Muskmelon

One of the best summer food you will see in the market is muskmelon. It is also known as kharbooja in India.

6. Papaya
