Summer hair: 9 Tips for healthy hair

But summer comes after the winter, many people find it difficult as their hair becomes more damaged, there are dandruff issues, hair fall. All these kinds of issues we face in winter. But what is the different difficulties we see in summer are dry hairs, our scalp becomes dry, some people face itching due to sweating, some peoples also get some pimples in there head scalp due to heat. 

There are many things, we face in summer but hair is going to be at the top because it is our crown, Right!!

These all tips are going to be natural remedies so there will be no side effects for anyone, and everyone can easily apply them in their life for better results. 

In this summer you just have to follow some tips or ways so your hair health will be improved.

1. Hair Oil 

As the scalp becomes dry very often, you should choose the perfect hair oil. 

The hair oiling is very important, as it gives nourishment to the scalp, along with that it also keeps your hair follicles strong so they won't fall easily. 

Oiling gives your hair massage, and like skin your hair also needs moisturization. As the scalp will be healthy, it will keep the roots also healthy. 

You can use almond oil, olive oil, coconut oil or you can use the oil which suits your hair. 

But not too much oiling is needed, If you were washing 3-4 times a week, then do 2 times a week is enough in summer. Like season changes, your habits should also change according to it. 

2. Cut your hair

Want to have a new haircut, then summer is the best time for you. 

Wanna get rid of the dry hair, rough hair, split ends the best solution is to trim them. Getting a hair cut is always best because your damaged hair will be removed, and along with that you will get a fresh cut. 

Researchers have suggested that in summer hair grows faster. So if your thinking to grow your hair, then summer is perfect. 

3. Hairstyle 

Many people will think about how a hairstyle can be effective. 

A tight hairstyle like a high pony, half high pony, tight braid can be very harmful to your hair health. A tight hairstyle can cause hair scalp pain along with that hair fall can also increase. Sometimes headaches can also occur due to tight hairstyles. 

So go for a loose hairstyle like loose braids, open hair, use clips to tug your hair instead of clutch or hairbands. 

In this way, you can improve hair health and give comfort to your hair. 

4. Cover your hair

Covering hair is the best way to protect from damage. 

In summer UV rays attack your hair and the causes can be damage of hairs, split ends, and roughness of hair can increases. 

Covering your hair with a cap/hat or with a scarf is a better option in summer. Whenever you go under the sun and covering also protects hairs from air pollution, use them to protect your hair.

Covering also protects hair from tangling. So there will be less hair fall due to tangling. 

5. Shampoo and conditioner

Washing is important and using the right shampoo and conditioner according to your hair is also another factor to look after. 

There are many types of scalp and according to that, there are many products are available in the market. Like dry scalp, dandruff scalp, oily scalp, and hair fall scalp. Like these there are many, so before buying any product do remember to go for natural shampoo and conditioner. 

With the help of technology, you can also make homemade shampoo and conditioner with natural ingredients. 

Natural products have fewer side effects and have more impact on health. 

6. Heat tools

The use of heat tools can be harmful to hair health.

Heat tools like straighteners, curling iron, a blow dryer can be very harmful to your health in summer. Many people use these machines on their hair to make a pony, braids, or for any other hairstyle also. They use frequently and the impact of machines can be on the health of the hair. 

Hair becomes very dry, they need more nourishments than other hairs. 

A better way is to keep away your machines in summer or you can use them very few times a week for like 1-2 times per week is enough. Don't use a blow dryer for hair, as summer already is a high temperature, your hair will dry automatically. So go for the option where you should start avoiding the machinery products. 

7. Comb

Combing is also a very important factor for hair. 

Using a wide-tooth comb can be very helpful, as it will reduce the amount of hair fall. Along with that, you can easily use them when your hair is wet, and you always use a comb in the place of the brush. 

So go for a comb for your hair this summer. 

8. A hair spray

Having frizzy, dry hair after 2 days of washing hair, Here is the solution!!!

A hair spray can help you. A spray of aloe vera gel, coconut oil or you can use ingredients according to your hairs. Use the spray used on the hair and make your hair health better.  

It gives you more moisturization of your hair. You can use a spray bottle for hair spray. 

9. The other option you can look for are:

Oil massage is very important and you should do it every week. 

You can use a product like a neem, egg, aloe vera, and yogurt on your hair. You can use them in a separate way to make a paste of neem and you can apply them to your hair. 

Diet is also very important for your hair.
